Seamless order to doorstep

I ordered a 5-Pack Fever deal, specifically the Macanudo Cafe series, along with a small travel humidor. The ordering process was straightforward on their site; finding the deals was easy. I got an email confirmation right away, and a shipping notification the next day. The package arrived in excellent condition, well-padded to protect the cigars. The travel humidor is sturdy and exactly as pictured. Customer service followed up with an email asking about my satisfaction, which was a nice touch. Overall, a smooth experience from start to finish.

So happy with my humidor!

I ordered a Desktop Humidor and it arrived super fast, like 3 days after I bought it! It's even nicer in person, looks great on my desk. I'm so excited to fill it up. I'll totally be shopping here again, and telling my buddies about it!

Got my Ashton and lighter

Needed some Ashton classics and a new triple flame lighter. Found them here, prices seemed good. Placed my order, it shipped out pretty fast. Got here in about 5 days, everything was in the box. Lighter works, cigars look good. No fuss, no drama, just got what I wanted. Pretty smooth, I'd say.

Good selection, slow delivery

I picked up a couple of Drew Estate Liga Privada sticks and a Xikar cutter. The cigar selection is really good, and the cutter feels solid. Everything was well-packed, no damage. However, it took 7 days for the package to reach me in Florida, which felt a bit long compared to other places I order from. The website was easy to navigate though, and finding what I wanted wasn't an issue.

Good quality, fast shipping

I ordered a box of Romeo y Julieta 1875s and some Xikar accessories last week. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, easy to navigate. I appreciated the clear product descriptions and multiple high-res images. Shipping was quick; they arrived at my door in New Jersey in 3 days. Everything was well-packaged, the cigars were humidified properly and in perfect condition. I had a quick question about tracking, and their customer service chat was responsive and helpful. No complaints here, a solid experience from start to finish. Definitely recommend them for quality and speed.

Reliable as always

This was my third order from JR Cigars, and they consistently deliver. Got my usual box of Romeo y Julieta Churchill cigars, and they came perfectly packaged, fresh as ever. Shipping took about the same time as my previous orders, which is always within their stated window. It's why I keep coming back.

Always reliable for Padron

This isn't my first time buying from JR Cigars. I've placed several orders over the past year, mostly for Padron and sometimes Arturo Fuente. I keep coming back because their stock is always consistent, and I know what I'm getting. This last order, a box of Padron 1964 Anniversary, was no different. The cigars arrived fresh, just like all my previous purchases. They've always been a dependable source for my preferred brands, and that's why I stick with them.
